Company Culture

Part of the success of our great team at Rick Imus Music Studio has been our company culture. Without revealing too much, we have one tradition that becomes clear after certain events: Blue Jean Monday.

Blue Jean Mondays

Part of our appearance code is no blue jeans while teaching or at company events. When a studio event falls on a Sunday, active team members who meet the dress code at the event have the option to wear blue jeans on the Monday following. Sort of like Civvies Day at schools that have uniforms – it’s a day that gives regulars a chance to clean and maintain their standard clothes. It’s something of a badge of honour for that team member.

So when you see a teacher or staffer in blue jeans on a Monday, it’s a sign of another eventful weekend at Rick Imus Music Studio.
