Monday, March 16 through Saturday, March 21 will remain a ReScheduling Week. Lessons during this week will be by student yellow form request only.

Monday, March 23 through Saturday, March 28 will be revised to be a Pre-Scheduling Week. It will roughly resemble a regular lesson schedule, but will allow for flexibility for students not yet ready to attend. Students attending may be offered a 60 minute timeslot during this week. This may be exchanged with a student in an adjacent timeslot the following week or next opportunity. For example, if it’s regularly Kevin at 7:00 and Rachel at 7:30, then Kevin may take 60 minutes on March 23 and Rachel will take 60 minutes on March 30.

Regular lesson schedule has been postponed one week to Mon March 30.

We’re expanding our ReScheduling dates to include

• Mon April 13 (Easter Monday)
• Mon April 27 (PA Day for HDSB)
• Fri June 5 (PA Day for HDSB Elementary)

For the above ReScheduling dates we will offer timeslots between 10:00AM and 9:00PM.

Ensemble rehearsals will resume the week of April 13.

The New Music Concert has been postponed to June.
